The completion of mailing services includes the graphic design of forms and printed matter, as well as personalisation, which is an inherent part of direct mail articles. It also covers envelope filling, envelope printing, foiling, distributing, scanning, and digitising documents and address provision.

Offset printing
We complete your printing requirements on offset machines.
Address provision
This includes creating a text file with the list of addresses and then the personalisation and shipping of the articles.
Personalisation
This includes adding the addresses to printed matter and postal orders.
Completion
This includes making various kinds of printed matter ready for packing and subsequent shipping
Envelope filling
This includes inserting the addressed printed matter and appendices into envelopes and subsequent shipping.
Envelope printing
On envelopes, we print addresses, senders, and postal markings.
Distributing
This includes handing over the ready products (articles) to the transportation or postal service.
Document scanning and digitising
This includes copying documents into a PC, saving the resulting files, and archiving them on a CD, DVD or diskette.
Foiling
This includes wrapping printed matter in clear or black foil. The maximum possible size for foiling is the A4 format and the thickness is 1 cm. The final operation consists of gluing on the address label and subsequent shipping.
